The Montrose Basin nature reserve was well worth an afternoon’s visit |

We had trips out to Arbroath (yes we did eat smokies and see the Abbey!) and Brechin, one of our party took a train to Stirling, two of us went to see Sunnyside Psychiatric Hospital (now closed) which was used by Shetland before Kingseat and Cornhill, some went on walks, some just chilled out! |

Sunnyside was an impressive site, but it was sad to see so much of it boarded up |
