Sheffield Open Heart Club

Membership is open to all patients who have undergone any form of open-heart surgery or those who are waiting for open-heart surgery. Relatives/partners can join as associate members. Members are from both the Sheffield and surrounding areas e.g. Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, Chesterfield, Worksop, and further afield.

Members are invited to join in with any of the activities of the club. However not all members are able to attend the social meeting. For these people who may live some distance away or who may not easily be able to get to The Niagara Club then the newsletter which is sent out helps them to keep in touch with Shoc’s activities.

The newsletter is distributed 3 times a year to all members where items of interest regarding the club and its members are detailed. In addition forthcoming social events are publicised.

You do not have to attend social evenings to become a member.
