The primary aim of Sheffield Open Heart Club is to support, counsel and advise cardiac patients in the Chesterman Wards of the Northern General Hospital, Sheffield, prior to heart surgery and to assist in their recovery after operation and to be available for their relatives and friends requiring support and information.
