I.M.B.A. Championship Round 3 - redhost, Czech Republic

We wanted to put in a good performance to make up for some back luck at round two.
Race 1 - Got held up on the first corner in a bunch, but was away and 10th on lap one. We rode steady to come home 6th!
Race 2 - A great start made life a lot easier, we came around turn one 3rd. We pushed to stay with leading pack and didnt lose too much time but eventually came in 4th.
Race 3 - Another bunch up on the start saw us further down the pack, but pushed to another satisfying 6th for 5th overall on the day!

Race 1 - We gated 4th. Managed to get to 2nd by the end of lap 1 and were leading by end of lap 2! We pushed hard and kept a gap to take the win.
Race 2 - This time we were 3rd from the start and took and early lead. We lead with a gap until the last lap when France/France put in some hot laps to take a photo finish.
Race 3 - Not such a great start back in around 6th or 7th. Managed to pull through to the lead by lap 3 and stayed there to the finish.

I.M.B.A. Championship Round 2 - Rognee, Belgium

Race 1 - Got off to a bad start after hitting the gate. The first 3-4 laps were almost ridden without seeing past the front mudguard as dust was very bad. We also got caught up in a few other accidents causing us to stall twice! We kept pushing to the flag and managed to get up to 10th.
Race 2 - Another apauling start after trying to time the gate meant another long hard race ahead from dead last. We pushed right to the end staying out of trouble and got through to 7th.
Race 3 - Finally! We got a good start and went into the second corner 4th, but was not to last long as we were caught in some bunching and were send through the ropes. We turned the bike back onto its wheels and set off 20 seconds behind last place. We were upto 11th by the last lap and had three places in our sights when and move went sour sending us through the ropes and dislocating jamie's arm. We rode back with jamie one handed to the the flag in 11th.

A.M.C.A. Championship Round 3 - Warmington Lane

Race 1 - We gated 4th into the first corner, within two laps we were 2nd but couldnt improve on this place as the leaders had pulled a big gap.
Race 2 - We holeshot the race, but our efforts were soon killed off by a 2nd lap front wheel puncture. We circulated to finish in 10th Place.
Race 3 - After having to work the clutch in race 2 to try and control the front wheel puncture, we hadnt realised that the cluth had almost gone completly. This left us very down on power from start to finish but managed to just hold a 2nd place.

Tource en Valle - Frech International

Great weather and nice track, look set to be a good days racing.
Race 1 - We had a bad start but came through the field to 9th position, closing in on 8th when they stalled causing quick action to move out the way. This left us buried on a deep burm. We finally got going to take 13th at the flag.
Race 2 - Very simular start to the first race, so worked our way through best we could. We ended us getting buried once more, this time losing a whole lap. We came back to the flag in 19th.
Race 3 - Getting a bad start once more mad hard work again, but we stayed out of trouble to finish the race in 9th spot.

A.M.C.A. Championship Round 1 - Upavon

The first round of the AMCA championship was held at Upavon. The weather was good and the track was wide and fast, so we knew we were in for a good days racing. We managed to put a good lap together to take the fastest time in qualifying. In Race one we took 2nd from the start and were quickly in the lead, so we were able to push hard throughout the race to take a good win. In race 2, this time we got the holeshot and lead for 4 laps. A silly mistake when overshooting a corner, allowed France/Machin to catch us and get past to take the lead. We were unable to challenge as conditions we dangerous due to dust. We took the the 2nd home for a safe finish. The meeting was cancelled straight after our race due to dust.

A.M.C.A. Club meeting - Dunston, Connock

The first event of the season didnt quite go to plan, but it was a good session out on the bike in preperation for the championship. In race one we were lying a very compfy 2nd until we had a rear wheel puncture a few laps in, we held our position until a lap from the end when we dropped back. Later found to be a large nail in the tyre. Race two we hit the gate along with other riders, but soon were up to 2nd where we stayed to the flag. In the Final leg we got pushed wide on the first corner, leaving us with a bit of work to be done. We made a move on a team early on that saw us come of worse caught in the ropes and in last place. We put on a hard surge and pushed 2nd two corners from the flag. Great days racing!
