Pork Loin Steak - Normandy style
Char grilled Loin of Pork steak served on a mashed potato finished with a rich cream sauce of apple and cider with a hint of calvodos
Chicken with Porcini and Chestnut Mushrooms
Breast of Chicken chargrilled and finished with a delicate sauce of mushrooms, cream, shallots, lemon and parsley
Seared Steak and Mango Salad
Strips of rump steak served on a salad of fresh leaves, warmed new potatoes, tomato, spring onion and chopped mango finished with a soy, ginger, honey and chilli dressing
Slowly Roasted Half Shoulder of Lamb
Slowly roasted in red wine, garlic, rosemary and served with a rich red wine gravy
Stuffed Romano Peppers(v)
Romano peppers stuffed with an aubergine confit and glazed with Goat's cheese
Fillet of Beef
A prime fillet of beef char grilled to order and finished with a shallot and Madeira jus
