Home-made with cognac, garlic and fresh thyme and served with freshly baked bread
Moules Mariniere - Silks'style
with white port, garlic and cream
Plate of Parma Ham
with marinated olives and parmesan shavings
Salad of Crayfish & Smoked Trout
with a lemon & dill dressing.
Parfait of Duck Liver
served with melba toast, cointreau dressing & salad
To continue:
Thai Red Curry
with chicken or tiger prawns. Served with aromatic rice
Home-made Thai Fish Cakes
served with a chilli, lime marmalade and salad
Best End of Lamb
cooked pink with a herb crust, red wine jus and served with a gataeu of ratatoille.
Pork Dijonnaise
pork fillet, served with a sauce of white wine, cream and dijon mustard.
Pan fried Squid
with spring onion garlic and ginger. Finished with an oyster sauce.
