Building Survey

All types of survey work considered.

• Existing buildings and installations.
• Site measurements made utilizing digital ultrasonic measuring devices.
• All survey work produced in AutoCAD drawing format.
• Clients symbols may be utilized on request to match existing maintenance documentation.
• All information published in hard copy/electronic format to suit the Client's requirements.
• Existing documentation may be transfered to electronic format for easy reference via computer/laptop. All necessary viewing software is provided with the above documentation.

Contract Management

We are in a position to provide Contract Management Services tailored to meet your needs.

Site Supervision

Site Supervision may be provided to suit the Client and project's requirements.

O & M Manuals

Operating and maintenance manuals may be produced for new or existing buildings and installations.

• Manuals may be produced utilizing an existing format or from scratch to suit the Client's requirements.
• All information published in hard copy/electronic format to suit the Client's requirements.
• Existing documentation may be transfered to electronic format for easy reference via computer/laptop. All necessary viewing software is provided with the above documentation.

'As Fitted' Drawings

'As Fitted' drawings may be produced utilizing existing information or by means of a building survey as detailed above.

Computer Aided Design

CAD services may be provided on a single drawing, complete project or management basis.

• All CAD work carried out utilizing Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Templates and symbols custom designed to suit the Client's requirements.
• Information transmitted in DWF format to allow the Client to view/print the information and add comments as necessary. AutoDesk Design Review software is provide free for this purpose.
• Final information transmitted in DWG and DWF format and either e-mailed direct or published to DVD or DVD-RW c/w Lightscribe labels as required. Should an alternative format be required do not hesitate to contact us.
