This is Cleavers - all very unassuming. Very little comes and goes through this quiet Cul-de-Sac except after it's rained a lot, when most of the water runs down the hill, across the road and through the back gardens of Hovendens!!

Skinner Gardens : A fairly new housing development tacked on to the side of Cleavers - a sort of Close leading off another Close, all rather confusing really.  Rumour has it that the new Primary School may be located nearby. That'll please the late risers and afternoon snoozers!!!

SKINNERS & CLEAVERS?? - Was there an old Slaughterhouse round here by any chance?
