All the ice cream sold on the farm is made freshly on the premises every day.  The milk from the cows is placed in a pasteuriser and then combined with cream in a freezer unit and then sold straight to the public. 

The ice cream is very rich and creamy with that special taste that only Jersey milk and cream can provide.  Go on, try some and don’t forget that litres can be bought to take home.
