These prices include heat, power and linen. They do not include charges for cleaning or laundry. The laundry needs to be delivered to the laundrette at the end of your stay and a small charge
is payable locally.
The balance of your holiday payment is due five weeks before the commencement of the holiday. A £200 deposit for breakages will also be taken which will be returned upon completion of the holiday. To secure a week more than 5 weeks in advance we require a £200 deposit.

1. A non-refundable advance payment of £200 is required to secure your booking.
2. The balance of accommodation cost is payable 6 weeks before the start of the booking period.
3. 50% of the balance paid will be refunded if the booking is cancelled prior to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday period.
4. No refund will be paid for cancellations within 4 weeks of the start of the booking period.
5. In the unlikely event that Ski Leisure is unable to provide you with accommodation due to circumstances which are normally within our control all payments received will be refunded in full.
6. In the event that accommodation cannot be provided due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (such as, but not limited to, fire, natural disaster or extreme weather conditions) we regret we cannot be held liable for compensation. You are strongly recommended to arrange travel insurance to cover cancellation of accommodation due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. You are entirely responsible for your personal contents kept in the apartment and in the ski locker. You are strongly recommended to arrange travel insurance to cover loss of personal items such as valuable possessions and ski equipment. 8. The apartment is available from 12.00 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
9. A maximum of 6 people may stay in the apartment. Full names of all travellers are required in advance. Changes must be notified in advance, there is no fee for making any number of changes.
10. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
11. A retainer of £200 is required to cover damages, loss of keys or failure to clean the apartment on departure.
12. Loss of any key is chargeable at £10-00 per key.
13. Satisfactory condition of the apartment will be confirmed by contact from guests staying the following week.
14. Accidental breakages must be reported before departure.
15. A reasonable deduction will be made to replace or repair damaged contents.
16. Failure to clean the apartment will result in the loss of retainer.
17. There is no deduction for normal “wear and tear”.
18. Your retainer, subject to possible
adjustments, will be returned by cheque within 10 days of your
rental period provided keys have been
returned.
