Ordering
All orders will receive order confirmation
In-stock products (e.g. changing bags)
If paying by paypal click the Add to basket button and click secure check
out. If paying by cheque please send an email and we’ll get right back
to you.
Custom made items (e.g. slings)
Before ordering your Sleepy Toes sling please refer to the measuring
and sizing page, you will need to send your measurement, dress size, bra
size and build with your order as well as your full name and postal address.
Payment
We currently accept payment by Paypal, Nochex and cheques (made payable to
Angela Hennessy) from UK bank accounts.
Postage & Packaging
Postage and Packaging within the UK all is included, postage is insured either
Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.
For international orders please email sleepytoes@gmail.com.
Due to insurance restrictions Sleepytoes can only post within the European
Union
Delivery
Delivery times for items will be as follows: Bags within 1 week, the sling shop is currently closed.
Returns Policy
Instock products (e.g. changing bags)
Please contact us via email prior
to returning any products
If you are not happy with your purchase of an instock product you may return
it for a refund within 14 days. All products must be returned in an unused
condition in original packaging with all the relevant instructions.
Products being returned for any reason other than damage/fault that show any
signs of wear or use will be part refunded at our discretion. Return postage
costs will be reimbursed in cases of return due to faulty items only.
Custom made items (e.g. Baby slings)
Custom made orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special
care to order carefully and completely, and verify the information provided
in the order confirmation email issued at time of order.
Custom made items we will only be accept for returns if faulty on receipt,
and must be returned as soon as possible.
After sales
Sleepytoes staff are always at the end of an email or phone call for any help
or advice concerning any of our products, please don’t hesitate to contact
us.
Privacy Policy
It is our policy never to sell or pass on your personal details to any other
organisation, this includes your name, postal or e-mail addresses and the
details submitted on the order form. The information on the order form is
collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Safety
Always check your sling before each use, check that the seams and fabric are
in good condition. Please use common sense when using your sling, ensure that
your baby is safe and secure. Sleepy Toes cannot accept responsibility for
injury resulting from accidents occuring whilst using the sling. Be sensible,
do not use while cooking or near open flames as some fabrics may be flammable.
