Ian McKiver

Ian has an HNC and completed the qualifiying year of an MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engioneering. After 5 years in the Civil Service in Research and Computer Programming he spent a further 10 years in Electronic Engineering and Computing in Marconi Space Systems before joining IBM in 1985. His 20 Year IBM career covered PC, mid-range and mainframe technical support, first line management, and Project Management at European level. |

Keith Sloan |
Keith has Electronic Science degree (Bsc Hons) Southampton University and an Open University Maths Diploma 2006. Has worked in the IT industry for more than 34 years including 30 years with IBM covering Mainframes, AIX (IBM's Unix) and PC's. During his IBM career Keith spent several years working in the IBM support centre mentoring level 1 and 2 support personal, so has vast experience in problem determination. |
