BB Seaton

BB Seaton - After All This Time - Soul Beat

For little more than the price of a single CD you get this amazing collection of music 49 tracks over two CDs. The first is the lovers set. There are no years of release on the tracks - but the starting point must be 'Can't Hide The Feeling' released in the UK as by The Gaylads it was a classic then, and its just better over the years. Its got that classic Beverley's sound - with BB and the Gaylads spending time with Leslie Kong its no great surprise. When BB turned his hand to covers he does so with great style. 'Thin Line Beyond Love And Hate' , 'Sweet Caroline' and 'Lean On Me' being great examples. The Roots And Culture CD is even more amazing. BB's first debut album was for Virgin back in 1974 - it was the first work to come of Channel One - and this CD includes at least two tracks 'Brothers Beware' and 'Everybody Loves A Winner' even then those tracks sounded advance - a bit like the stuff that Keith Hudson was working on back then. But those tunes were just the just beginning and this incredible collection proves.
