The best accomodation we have ever stayed in. I have stayed in hotels not at the same
standard. So much to do in the area not enough time though. Loved the cookies and
scones, thank you. We will be coming again. Recommend the Thai Resturant also.

Lovely cottage in lovely surroundings. Barbara was very welcoming and the scones

The cottage is great, we had a really relaxing break in lovely surroundings, will definately
recommend! Barbara these were the best cookies I have ever tasted, Sam. Gordon,

Really lovely cottage with all the comforts and more. Barbara was fantastic and we all
really enjoyed her home made scones and cookies not to mention the newly laid eggs.
Many thanks for making our stay very enjoyable. We have already recommended to

Lovely, homely cottage. Barbara was very welcoming and we all enjoyed the goodies
she left us! The best equipped and decorated rented accomodation I have ever stayed

This cottage is amazing, we loved it so much that we decided to stay on a extra day,
would certainly comeback, have recommended the cottage to all our family and friends.

A variety of luxuries, Beautiful scones, lots of peace and quiet and a very futuristic
Shower!! Highly recommended. Bill, Sue, Martin, Angela, Finley, Dexter and Charlie,
Halifax, W. Yorks.
Perfect couldn`t have asked for a better cottage. Girls loved all the gadgets& so did the
husband, Barbara is fantastic. Judith, Kevin, Jessica & Elizabeth.

Brilliant stay. The cottage was fantastic. Would definately come again, would

We had a fab holiday very relaxing just what we needed. Barbara & Rob are lovely kind
people. All the extra touches make a difference. Well will be back again soon & will
recommend the cottage. Would recommend the sunday buffet at Thai Orchid it was
lovely. Would also recommend Mabie Farm Park, we had a lovely day even though the
weather was bad. The area is lovely with gorgeous countryside. Wanlock Head is also

The cottage is amazing the bath is lovely, so ithe shower. Loved the sofas and
bedrooms. Its a very cosy family cottage. Loved the floor lights tht light up when you
talk. Recommended Horse riding in sandy hills, Dalton Pottery, Westlands Activity
Center and the Thai Restaurant. The singleton`s

Cottage "Fab" plenty for the kids all around.

We`ve had a great week the cottage is excellent and loads to do in this area for the kids.
Recommend Dalton Pottery, Mabie Farm, Dalscone & Cocoa Bean Factory. The

Kids loved the bath and the conservatory - Fantastic cottage, barbara always there for us
nothing to much trouble. Thank you. The quest indian take-away is very good.

This is a fabulous place cant fault a thing warm, friendly welcome. Exceptional property
rural but stones throw away from the delights of Scotland. Don`t want to leave. Emma +

First class accommodation, stayed at Smithy Cottage over Christmas period, exellent
cottage, warm comfortable, everything you need, pure luxury. Garden is a work in
progress, can't wait to go back in the summer. Only problem didn't stay long
enough have to stay longer next time. Donna and family.
