Annual start of season bash
The scooter season starts here !!
A cracking night saw 250 friends and members of SMTSC pack into our new venue at Drax. Each guest got a raffle ticket and Sandra organised the dishing out of the prizes over the night. Angie organised a stunning buffet so no one went hungry.
Jamie, Rich and Mal spun a selection of Northern, Ska, revival and alternative to get the crowds feet moving then onto stage strode the mighty CIRCA. They played songs by the Who, Kinks, Small Faces through to the Stone Roses and the Kaiser Chiefs. Went down a storm with a packed dance floor through out the set. 
Master of ceremonies Ingy then rocked the mike to announce the charity auction of two stunning paintings by Tony and Shaun. Some spirited bidding took both pics to over £200 each and with Sandra organising a bucket collection well over £600 was raised for our charity. Well done and thanks to all who contributed.   
Then it was back to some rug cutting as Jamie and Rich picked up where they left off until beddybyes at 1.30.
