I believe this series of pictures to be connected with a rifle shooting competition possibly at Catterick. The shoulder patches of the two officers, right of picture, shows two capital T’s which I believe is the one for The 50th (Northumbrian) Infantry Division. On the recipients right sleeve, in one picture, is a tank badge. |
