VISUALISATION

Say inwardly "in the name of my most Holy God Self, I wish to be taken in my faery body of light, to the Etheric Retreat of Mary Magdalene, located at Saint Baume, South of France.

We are then lifted and taken over the land to the "Cave of Solitude" and as we enter we find that it is no longer a cave, but a large octagonally-shaped room or hall. The walls are of plain white stone and in the center of the hall, there is a rough-hewn grey stone from which protrudes the sword Excalibur. Ahead of us, at the far side of the hall from the entrance, there is painted a mural depicting a vine. Before this and to the left, stands Mary Magdalene and to the right stands The Christ, who holds before him the Spear of Longinus, dripping blood from it's point. The Grail Maiden Dindrane holds out a silver dish to catch the blood as it falls. There is an altar behind them, also of white stone on which is placed the Holy Grail or the Sangreal.

The Sangreal is a large golden receptacle adorned with a circle of jewels and as we come closer we see that it contains the Blood of Christ. An awesome power seems to surround the Grail. This comes from all the churches and religious devotion of the world rolled into one. Look into the Grail now and see your life being transformed within it. Dindrane will then pour the contents of the dish into the Grail, which never seems to fill.

The Christ now guides us to the Stone at the center of the hall and we are each bidden to pull the Sword from the Stone. This will give us protection from all those influences in the world that are not of the Grail and may seek to prevent us from achieving our Quest.

Mary will then take the Grail from the altar and, bearing it within her cupped hands, she will hold the Grail high before us. As she does this, the Grail will intensify into a brilliant light, which now shines into the world for the redemption of all humanity. It may also happen that the Grail merges with our own heart chakra center. If this so happens then we will be indeed privileged to be able to send out the Holy Light to encircle the whole Earth with transforming and healing light and love. This light dims after a time, although we will find our bodies transformed by the light. This will ultimately change our genetic make-up (the Etheric Body) to that of the Sangreal, which makes us a part of the Grail Family as symbolised by the vine.

Mary Magdalene will now place the Grail back upon the altar, and we are invited to return to the Stone. We see that the hole left by the drawn Sword Excalibur now begins to flow miraculously with the waters of life, as if it werea healing fountain. As we look within the clear water we may gain some visionary insight into the Mysteries of the Sangreal and of our part to play within the Divine Plan of Creation. The water continues to flow out from the Stone, which continues flowing into the world like a river. At last, we see the Wastelands now being transformed and healed, and the Earth becoming as The Creator intended, with Humankind and Nature in ecological balance.

As we return the Sword into the Stone, we notice that the seven Grail Guardians are now surrounding the hall in a circle, each bearing intheir hands their respective Crystal Grails. We will find that we are beckoned individually to stand before the Guardian to whom our Ray type corresponds with, be it Merlin, Guinevere, Morgan or any of the other four Guardians. The Grail Guardian to whom we are personally assigned will now turn into a brilliant coloured ball of light, and we dissolve into this Faery Body becoming one with it. We are now taken by the Faery Being upon a journey, which is of our own personal Grail Quest. This may take us to anywhere within our life history - be it past, present or future. By this visionary journey of insight, we are given the opportunity to correct any mistakes or imbalances in our life. We may be shown areas where our greatest gifts and potentials lie, or the chance to confront those forces that seem to work against us in our lives in the Outer World.

We are eventually taken back to the Etheric Retreat of the Sangreal, above the mountainof the Massif Saint Baume. There, all the experiences of our Grail Quest are assimilated and our inner bodies are balanced ready for the return to our own physical reality.

With a blessing from Mary Magdalene upon each of us, we can now return in our bodies of light to our own physical reality.

note: After working in this way (once through all eight Crystal Caers), then in subsequent Elohim Crystal Grail meditations, we do not have to travel in our Light Bodies to the Etheric Crystal Caers, but can rather bring the Caers to us. This is done by focusing within our own circular room or cave within the Pineal, at the brain center. At the center of this room we may find a stone table, on which is also placed the Grail. The Grail will then be transferred from the table to our own heart center. The Grail can then be sent, on the out-breath, down to the earth's center to meet with the energy of the living Elohim Crystal Grails and then on the in-breath, is brought back up to the Circular Room at the Pineal. The Crystal Grail will then seem to settle once again at the heart center to radiate outwards to the world.
