Junior Classes ... Get Started... Don't Hesitate to bring your child or children to a Club Session. Mayo Shin Do Clubs are small, non-intimidating and you will find that the junior practitioners are very respectful and easy-going! Unfit?...
If your child is suffering from any physical ailments or he/she is physically
unfit, don't worry, Mayo Shin Do is a gentle art and the instructor will
accomodate your child into the class. Just let
the instructor know of your child's condition either over the phone
or at the class. Here everyone starts as beginners. All are welcome, both juniors and seniors, fit or unfit, young or old. What to wear?... Don't forget to bring some loose, comfortable clothing to start with. You will be taught to your need. There will be no aggressive sparring. We train to improve, not to compete. Just turn
