Message from the Chairman

I am looking for Volunteers to help with the Junior Tournament on the weekend 25th. / 26th. February at The John Wallis Academy, in Ashford.

As I stated at the AGM these Tournaments have significantly boosted the South Foreland accounts balance sheet over the last few years enabling us to invest in Juniors, fund the Inter-Regional teams and avoid the need to increase affiliation fees.

I don’t feel it unreasonable that each club should be offering me one helper.

Duties would include, collecting score sheets, calling players to court, ensuring the punctual start of games and most importantly helping keep score especially on Saturday with the younger players.

Obviously I don`t need vast numbers of people but the more offers I get then the lighter the work load would be on those helping.
