Today we
received a good meal. Most children in Kibera have just one small
meal a day. If they have no parents they may not eat for days on end. |
|

|
|

We like school.
We are taught in the Children's Centre School but sometimes there is
not enough money to pay the teachers |
|

|
|

There are a lot
of children in the Children's Centre. We have to sit on the floor as
there is not much space. |
|

|
|

Learning is not
always easy. This is our classroom. It is not like the classrooms
children have in schools in UK. |
|

|
|

We are well
cared for but sometimes there is not enough food when the rain does
not come. |

Our Children's
Centre is a place where we are protected and safe in Kibera. It may
be small but it is our home. |

Because of
your support....
|

. |
Because of your support, there is
been a meal on the table for these children. |
|

. |
Because of your continued support,
there will be a meal on the table for them tomorrow. |
|

. |
Your support has put a smile on
their faces. |
|

There is a future for these
children but it depends on you.
. |

Your support has already made a
great difference but your continued support will made an even greater difference. |
|
 |
With your continues support we are
able to help even more children and help give these children the
chance to change their future. |
You
can change not
just one day
but the future
for these children.
The
question is,
do you
want to?
although posted in 2001, supporting
