All our members
are 'on call' 24/7 to any person or group in need and this is our
primary ministerial function. Some things can be dealt with very
quickly but there are those which involve long term commitment.
Our members
minister in many varied settings ranging from motor bike chapters to
schools and often give support, time and expertise, to other churches
and organisations. Many members of the Order are highly trained and
qualified specialists in their own fields but all members have unique
gifts and talents that they willingly share with all in need. They
work to a strict code of professional conduct and the Order's Rule
and other govering documents.
Clergy in the
Order are properly ordained priests and cover the whole range of
services that a parish based priest would cover, the only differences
being that they work in and as part of the community rather than
having a building centred ministry and work without denominational bias.
|
Clergy members
will be quite happy to assist should you need their services for
baptism, wedding blessings (and marriage preparation if required),
funerals, communion or mass, carol or other festival services,
Remembrance Days, house blessings, visiting the sick and so on. They
also offer a range of pastoral services like counselling, study
leadership, prayer and by request will offer sessions for those
wishing to explore and develop their faith and/or vocation. |

Although most of
the Order's members are UK based, the Order has members working in
the UK, Canada, America and Kenya and UK members have supported both
individual and community based projects in Australia, Kenya, India,
Pakistan and the UK. Recent projects assisted the air ambulance,
Keswick Mountain Rescue Team, Help for Heroes, the Little Sisters of
the Poor, a children's hospice, and has provided clean water supplies
in India and Kenya, building work, food aid, a boat for Indian
fishermen, bibles in Pakistan, the temporary rehoming of a single
parent family, a p.a. system in a Kenyan community church and grants
to a woman's refuge, two orphanages and a church to name but a few.
The Order has
registered charity status to support this and other work both in the
UK and overseas more effectively.

Although a
small Order in terms of numbers, we are not afraid of publicising our
work or making ourselves known.
Member's cars
may display the new magnetic decals and all members will carry the
new form of membership cards, details of which can be seen on the 'community
identity products' page.
Do remember to
thoroughly check the credentials of anyone claiming to be a member of
the Order. If you are in any doubt, contact the Order's office or the
