to the Prince2 Tube Map website. I created this diagram to show all the processes involved in running a Prince2 project from start to finish. I found that the Prince2 manual "Managing Successful Projects with Prince2" showed all the processes individually but with no complete diagram. So, using the information in these individual diagrams, I came up with the "Tube Map" showing everything and how each stage integrates with the others and what action needs to be taken for each process. The first Prince2 Tube Map was created in 2006 and has proved more popular than I could have imagined. More than 10000 people have visited since it was created. Thank you to all who have left feedback or emailed me with comments and suggestions. Indeed, Version 2 has been designed with a number of these in mind. Those who know the original will find the new very familiar. The main changes are aesthetic including the addition of colour coded lines. I hope you find Version 2 as useful a resource as the original. I will of course, leave Version 1 on the site to download if you prefer that one.

The Prince2 manual has been translated into French, Dutch, Chinese, Danish, Polish, Spanish and German. I'm always looking for ways to make this site, and the Tube Map, more useful to more people and I'd be glad to hear from anyone who would be willing to translate the English version of the Tube Map to match any other languages.
