Please note that the Tube Map was made prior to Prince2 2009 and as such is not "compatible" - I'll leave the site up for reference as Prince 2 is still a good methodology. Glad so many of you found it useful. Mike 2011 |

to the Prince2 Tube Map website. The good old Tube Map has been downloaded over 40,000 times and used all over the world. Soon after I produced the final version (2.3), the OGC released Prince 2 2009 rendering it obsolete. It remains as a representation of a good project management methodology and of course can still be used as such - for free.
What I said in 2006... I created this diagram to show all the processes involved in running a Prince2 project from start to finish. I found that the Prince2 manual "Managing Successful Projects with Prince2" showed all the processes individually but with no complete diagram. So, using the information in these individual diagrams, I came up with the "Tube Map" showing everything and how each stage integrates with the others and what action needs to be taken for each process. The first Prince2 Tube Map was created in 2006 and has proved more popular than I thought - more than 40000 people have visited since it was created. I hope you find Version 2 as useful a resource as the original. I will of course, leave Version 1 on the site to download if you prefer that one. Remember, they aren't P2 2009 compatible I'm afraid.
