ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

	The A.G.M.was held in the village hall on Thursday 6th~ September 2007
9 members were present.
Apologies were received from LYNN Alsop
Minutes of 2006 meeting were read, prop. M. Lyne, sec. J.Morley.
No matters arising.
Chair report. A very friendly & social year, with thanks to everyone involved
with the club.
Treas. Report. We are in a very healthy position, the balance sheet was
approved with an increase of £ 200-oo on last years balance.
Election of Officers. Prop. M. Lyne, Sec. D,Fret well . Re - elect en bloc. All
agreed.
Chairman. M.Robinson.
Secretary. P. Rushton.
Treasurer, P.Fotheringham.
The Fees will remain the same this year i.e.:- adult membership £5 , Seniors
& Juniors & 2-50.
Weekly subs. £ 2-00 to include tea/coffee & biscuits.
There being no further business the meeting closed at 8-00 pm.
