improvement from all the players , for the first fifteen
minutes both teams fought hard for the ball and the game was
tight.good defending from Adam foster-Watson,Jamie Roberts
and James Mann set a good base for forrest . Luke Walton
opened the scoring for forrest with a great goal the fruits
of some good passing from Robbie bull. blyth came back with
a well taken goal but forrest had now found there feet and
where passing the ball well Luke Walton scored his second
and Jake Hutchinson went on to score the next two one from
the penalty spot. Scott Hutchinson had some bad luck in
front of goal before he opened his account with a hard
fought for goal from a scramble in the blyth box. Scott went
on to score three more and brother Jake getting another two

Forest
Ranger under 8s had their first league game on Saturday away to
Blyton. This was the first game for most of these boys,
which was hard to believe from the performance they all gave.
From the whistle they worked hard to win every ball, while keeping
a good shape to the team despite some early pressure from Blyton.
The team impressed with their determination and ability to pass
the ball. Luke Walton and Jake Hutchinson combined well to
score a goal each with Jake adding a third before half time.
Blyton came back strong in the second half with two quick goals.
Luke scored his second goal to settle the forest nerves and Jake
went on a great run and finished well to take his third goal of
the game. Stout defending by the man of the match Jamie
Roberts stop Blyton getting back into the game. The manager
would like to thank all the players for there efforts.
Next match 20.09.2008 away at Blyth
bombers meet Trent 9.00am.
