Please note that if you send us information about a person and/or a photograph of a person/s,  it is your responsibility to make sure that you have the permission of that person and it is alright  for us to use it on the Upton Village website.  In the case of a child please make sure that you have the permission of their parent or guardian. 

When sending photographs, please make sure it is ok for us to use and  you are not breaching copyright.  (The copyright usually belongs to the person who took the picture).
