Anna trained at the National Ballet School of Portugal and the National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Lisbon
She danced professionally with the Companhia Nacional de Bailado in Lisbon, Portugal for nine years and also in Italy and Luxembourg.
She is married to David Brown, a former pupil of Miss Sue’s, who she met whilst they were dancing in Europe.

Susan won a scholarship to Elmhurst Ballet School and subsequently to the Royal Ballet School, training under such distinguished teachers as Dame Ninette de Valois.

Cathy studied at The London College of Dance (formerly the ISTD College) achieving Advanced in ballet, modern and national dance and graduating with a 1st Class Diploma.
She then taught ballet and modern for two years in Greece following which she returned to
The Susan Robinson School of Ballet in 1993, where she had been a former pupil.

Dancing and teaching for over 25 years, Gretchen is a former professional dancer with Island Moving Company (USA). She did numerous tours, performances and out reach programs with the company, and also performed with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre and several Colorado ballet companies. Gretchen also choreographed for Island Moving Company, Little Theater of the Rockies and the University of Northern Colorado.  She has taught dance at the Newport Academy of Ballet, University of Northern Colorado and for Woking Dance Space as well as for Susan Robinson.
Beth began her theatrical career aged eleven in musicals, pantomimes and opera but she did not begin ballet until the age of fifteen.  She initially took classes in Wales and at the Pineapple Studios before joining the Susan Robinson School of Ballet. After participating in the All England Festivals, she was invited to join Peter Karrie in his tour of “Behind the Mask” in which she took the dancing role of Christine from the Phantom of the Opera. Beth passed her RAD Intermediate with Distinction, and then with encouragement and guidance from Miss Sue, studied with the RAD to obtain her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies. She joined Miss Sue’s teaching staff in 2003 and continues to gain great pleasure from bringing each pupil to their full potential

Helen danced at the Susan Robinson School of Ballet from the age of three taking Ballet and later adding Modern and Tap. She frequently took part in local shows including appearing as a dancer in the party scene of Eugene Onegin with the Glyndbourne Touring Opera. She has also taken many leading roles in various drama theatre productions and received the best junior actress award from the British Federation of Drama Festivals.
She gained her degree in Performing Arts at London Metropolitan University. Whilst in London she studied Contemporary Dance.

 

Jade received her training with Miss Sue from the age of three, and is currently enrolled on a RAD teacher training programme
