NOTE: Not ALL members will have ALL of these.

Programme guides as below

All GBTEN SEALS HAVE A MAXIMUM COLLECTION OF 100 OF EACH SEAL.

  •  Edinburgh Word Search: Issued as you submit your first 1.500 upgrade pts. Worksheet supplied with full information.

  • Read Word Search Information Sheet

  •  Five and Ten K Seals: Issued as your points value reaches this level. Collect 100 of each 5K and 10K seals.

  •  WACS & WAFS Seals: collect and submit a one time list of 100 members each with 2,000 or more points and you will receive your WACS and WAFS seals. They are issued as a # plus one letter.
  •  WACS & WAFS seals: Collect a maximun of 100 each. Your CM needs each seal number/Callsign before credit can be given. This is a Programme requirement.
  •  WACS/WAFS usage: Each time your WACS and WAFS seals used by other members to upgrade 2 points are automatically credited to your point value. CM keeps list. Their usage is updated each time you submit an upgrade. When your WACS/WAFS seal has been collected 50 times a second letter is added. Your CMs Software Programme keeps a tally on their usage and you will automatically be advised when either/both seal has been collected 50 times.

  •  County & Region (CAR) Information on Worksheet/Information sheet. List your WACS/WAFS please. They are needed here!

  •  CAR Seals Collect a maximum of 100 each. Your CM needs each seal nuber/Callsign before credit can be given. this is a Programme requirement.

  •  CAR seal usage: Each time your CAR seal is used by other members to upgrade 2 points are automatically credited to your point value. CM keeps lists. Your seal usage points are updated on each upgrade.
  •  Catch 22. Must have point value of 22,000 or more. Information and worksheet is provided for this Upgrade programme.

  •  Trainer and Jockeys. Issued as soon as you have completed the Catch22 upgrade Programme. the worksheet is dated and no QSOs to be made before your start date shown on the worksheet. This is where Trainer and Jockey numbers are exchanged.

  •  Backtrac Upgrade. Must have WACS and WAFS seals. You must have collected 100 WACS and 100 WAFS seals. Your own seals must have been used 100 times by other members to upgrade their points. Worksheet and Information supplied when this stage is reached. CM keeps details of seal usage.

  •  4K Snooker: Worksheet with instructions is issued as your point value passes the 4,000 level. You must have 4,000 pts before you can start.

  •  Convention Seals: Three past convention seals are still available. they are: Icon, Oaktree and Macon seals. Collect and list separately at 5pts for each one.
  •  Worked All Members: All QSOs valid from 1st January 2000. Callsign and GBTEN # of each claimed please. Details shown on upgrade summary sheets when you submit 50 or more.
  •  Sunday Check In: Receive 5 points each time you check into the Sunday Net. Updated info each time you upgrade. CM keeps details. 28.860 at 14-00 Zulu!
  •  Scarlet Pimpernel: Issued for a two weeks period to an individual member chosen at random and worth 10 points each. Submit any time with Callsign and date worked.
  •  Specials: Normally each January. Details from CM from October onwards or in time for start.
  •  From time to time!: Look out for something different! Details are announced in advance.
