This Programme is a retro one. All Past QSO's and Seals are valid for use.

The only Convention seals presently in use are:-

The ICON: The OAKTREE: The MACON: The SANCON: The MESACON

(Future 10/10 Conventions are due be added into this Programme)

Seal numbers were issued at the Mesa Convention and will be retro-issued for the San Antonio Convention.

Turn these Convention seals into Stars.

Each ICON. Each OAKTREE and each MACON seal is worth 3 Stars.

Turn these Convention seals into Stripes.

Each SANCON Seal and each MESACON Seal is worth 2 Stripes.

You need 50 Stars and 13 Stripes to make each Flag!

Your CM will need the following info from you.

Report your ICON, OAKTREE and MACON seals. Submit in the normal way.

Your CM will turn them into Stars for you.

Report your SANCON and MESACON seals. Submit in the normal way.

Your CM will turn them into Stripes for you.

Please do not mix your SANCON and MESACON seals with the other three!\par

Please remember that this is a RETROACTIVE Programme.

Return rate is 1 Flag per complete Flag you make up.

Flags will be collectable later on in our Programming.
