suite. Also downstairs is the newly opened games room with toys,
games, puzzles, books and a full size table tennis table to keep
the children amused while you’re relaxing. |

The
modern well equipped kitchen/diner has an electric hob and oven,
also a full size fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.
The dining table seats four comfortably and from the window you
can enjoy a view of the farmyard. There is also a high/low chair
for your little one. |

Upstairs
there are two bedrooms and the bathroom, containing the bath, handbasin,
toilet and heated towel rail. The spacious main bedroom has a double
bed, plenty of storage space, the cot and beautiful views. |

| The
smaller second bedroom has full size bunk beds, hanging space for
clothes, and drawer space. The self catering cottage will comfortably sleep a family of four, plus a cot. There are night storage heaters throughout, keeping you cosy in the colder months. |

There
is ample car parking and we can safely store any bikes you may wish
to bring. There is a small fenced garden, with garden furniture
and a barbeque, where you can enjoy the evening sun. There are some
excellent pubs in surrounding villages, many offering good food,
or you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the cottage itself.
Unfortunately we cannot take pets. |
