To book the whole facility at Broomy Hill for a four hour period including a locomotive and coaches would be charged at £310-00. This would not be available on public running days. You would have the exclusive use of the site including the kitchen and club-room and we trust you would leave it as found.

The maximum number of visitors would be restricted to 60, all children under five years old would have to be accompanied by an adult on train rides.

The alternative ,and more popular, is to incorporate a party on a public running day. The site will be available from 12-30 until 4-30pm. A gazebo will be for your exclusive use and you are welcome to bring your own B.B.Q. and prepared food, if the weather is bad the club room will be available. Light refreshments will be served from the kitchen and charged as taken.

A number of tickets (worth £1-50 each) for train rides throughout the afternoon will be given to you and a locomotive will be carrying a “birthday special” headboard, however you may travel on any train and the elevated track.

The charges and ticket allocation are as follows:

Up to 10 party children  £85-00   50 tickets allocated

10 to 15 party children   £105-00   75 tickets allocated

15 to 20 party children £135-00   100 tickets allocated

We are sorry that parties above 20 party children (not including adults) cannot be accommodated on the site. Parking is free.
