The society welcomes new members of all ages.

Unlike a lot of similar societies, we have a very modest membership fee of only £25 per annum. Membership has many rewards, apart from the support and friendship of our members, you will receive our quarterly, informative, newsletter "Whistlestop". There are twice monthly meetings, the use of our club track and access to experienced boiler inspectors. Although, predominately the emphasis is on railways, this is only a reflection of the interests of the current members. You will also find members who are interested in clocks, tools, boats, aeroplanes and traction engines. We try to maintain a balance, that will suit everybody to some extent.
