Stamperland church hosts:
    	1st Netherlee and Stamperland Rainbows
    	1st and 1stA Brownie Packs
    	1st Stamperland Guides Company

All these units these units are very active and follow a wide and varied programme within Girlguiding Scotland. Due to the high numbers of members within each section there is a waiting list for entry.

Over the past years all the sections have joined together to mark important events. Our Millennium Party and 60th birthday party, where the theme was' Diamonds are a girls best friend' are highlights in our history.  All 98 girls and leaders had a wonderful time playing games, dancing, and craft and of course eating.

It is also a day to remember when the Rainbows and Brownies join the Guides at Camp for a day of fun and friendship and sometimes the sun even shines!

We also take part in all the County events - The County Launch, Christmas Carol concerts, Thinking Day and, most recently, the Launch of the New Brownie Programme.

Stamperland units have also had the honour of speaking at the County A.G.M. ,taking part in the Scottish A.G.M. and representing the District at many different events outwith Guiding.

The Guides are a very active unit.  Camping, adventure holidays, Youth Hostelling, climbing, skiing, abseiling and water activities are just a few of the exciting things they get up to.  They have also attended two Jamborees within the past 4 years and some of the girls have been fortunate to have  been  selected to represent the County at International events. Two of Stamperland Guides  were  part of the cast in the Glasgow Gang Show.

They have also won County competitions- the County Arts Trophy and the Freda Cowan Trophy for Community Service. The guides in Stamperland are also a major part of the Community, helping at charity events, running tearooms, helping when and wherever they are required.

The Brownies also have their share of pack holidays and trips away most recently to Blair Drummond Safari Park and the pantomime at Christmas.  Raising money for charitable causes such as Hearing Dogs for the Deaf and helping sponsor their leader who was walking the great wall of China for Autism with a Cake and Kareoke evening are all part of the busy schedule the Brownies and their leaders have.

The youngest members of the Guiding family are the Rainbows and I can assure you that they have lots of Fun!  They play games, sing songs and make lots of very interesting crafts .
