The Italian Scout Federation (FIS) gathers in the spirit of the Scout Law and Promise all the associations adopting the Scout educational method in Italy. FIS is a member both of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS), on account of its female membership, and of the World Organisation of the Scout Movement (WOSM), on account of its male membership.
