Scout & Guide Christmas Post gives £23,000 to local Charities
On Tuesday February 10th the Scout & Guide Charity Christmas Post had their presentation evening. The Deputy Mayor of Wirral, Councillor Andrew Hodson, presented cheques totalling £23,000 to local charities. Details of these charities can be seen below. Over the past 27 years the Scout & Guide Post has assisted charities in the Wirral with over £400,000. West Wirral District joins together with Bebington, Birkenhead, Neston & Wallasey Districts in this venture.
