Beavan Challenge 2009
For the last two years we have held the Beavan Challenge at the end of June or beginning of July. Unfortunately we have found that the site has been so busy that other users of the facilities have made running a competition almost impossible. After much searching for an alternative venue we have made the decision to return to the previous date in October hoping that we will not encounter the same problems.
This is advance notice to Groups that the 2009 Beavan will be held at Sandiway Site from October 2nd – 4th . Please make a note on your Calendar, entry forms will be sent out later.
The committee apologise for this change but felt that the safety of the competitors is vital and that all teams should have an equal opportunity to meet the Challenge
