Cub Poster Competition 2009

Fourteen Cub Packs from West Wirral District took part in the 2009 annual safety poster competition. This year the theme was water safety. Over 50 cubs were at the judging on March 18th. The evening started with a very interesting presentation by Mr Alan Banks on behalf of the RNLI.

Cubs were then treated to pizza and refreshments. The posters were judged by the District Commissioner, Ken Jones

The winners for the second year running were 7th Moreton Cubs

In second place were 1st West Kirby Cubs

and in 3rd place was 5th Heswall
