Stage Extension

Hire Charges:

NB: One week hire covers a period of 8 days - e.g. Saturday to the following Sunday.

  Full extension consists of 12 sections (4’x 4’ each).

  Maximum size = 24’ wide x 8’ deep.

  The staging can also be used to construct raised platforms on the stage.

  Can be assembled in three heights (12”, 14” & 24” approximate sizes).

Details and Conditions of Hire:

  The listed prices include full assembly and dismantling by representatives of the Willow Tree Theatre Company (this is a condition of hire).

  The staging remains the property of the Willow Tree Theatre Company at all times.

  Assembly will be completed on the date specified at the time of booking.

  Dismantling will take place on the morning following the last performance. (or by arrangement)

  It is the responsibility of the hiring society to ensure that access to the New Hall will be available for the assembly and dismantling of the staging.

  Once assembled the staging will have a hardboard surface affixed which can be painted by the hiring society. (No need to over paint this following your production).

  On no account must any other part of the extension be painted or altered.

  The staging must not be removed from the New Hall without prior consent.

  Damage to or loss of any part of the staging will be charged for.

  The staging will be dressed with black fabric to the front and ends.

  Payment is requested within 14 days of the date the order is placed. In all cases payment must be received 7 days prior to the date of the first performance.

  Payments by cheque made payable to the Willow Tree Theatre Company.

  The hiring society must ensure that they have adequate insurance to cover any possible claims arising for injury to persons using the stage extension. The Willow Tree Centre of Dance & Performing Arts (incorporating the Willow Tree Theatre Company), and its members will not be held responsible for any accident or injury caused to any persons using the stage extension.
