Show 2007

The Social Committee, headed by chief party animal Annie Lloyd Jones, are busy all year arranging social events and trips. These have included the Owyimpics, the Anniversary Dinner, Fireworks and any excuse for a get-to-gether. We have been instructed on the finer points of heart-start,First Aid training, and fire safety in the home. Swimming nights, Strawberry Strolls and a special New Years Eve gatherings are all well documented in our bimonthly newsletter. Each year promises to be a bumper year, with Video Night, Skittles, a guided walk around the interesting pubs in Worcester - “Pubs with Past and Passion” (April), Eden Project visit (May), and the world famous MMTG Village Fete (June)- our family fun day which always proves popular with all. (see ‘steve’s fun page for photos of the last event). Participants in the Lottery Syndicate are planning a World Cruise sometime in the future ! Occasionally we go to the dogs !!

40 MMTG members enjoyed the ‘Salmon Supper’,
When we sailed into oblivion on the river Severn from Worcester.
Superb company, Fine wine and exquisite cuisine. Nice views too!

These range of diverse events are organised by ‘The Sub-Humans’

We don’t yet know which night the New Year’s Eve Party will be on, or the Bonfire Party. Or our After-show party. Or our Mid-week Party. We’re too busy socialising. Magic!
