Evesham water mill |
||||
|
The scheme consisted of a conversion of a derelict water mill to residential accommodation. The project formed the second phase in the development of a series of riverside mews court residences in Evesham. Problems were encountered due to flood plain level predictions and building access. The problems were solved by the design of a centrally located core which both maximised the views to the river and made the scheme more economical. |
