Bill Wishart is a native of Glasgow and came to Paisley in February 2004. Bill is the Deacon at St. Ninian's and the other two congregations of Network Paisley. Isabel Gray was appointed NJW Congregations Support Worker in September 2004. Isabel's role is to facilitate the working together of the 3 NJW congregations.
