We have a number of people that we support across the globe, or that we have had links with in the past
Here are a few of them :

Andy & Uta Buckler - France

Andy and Uta have been leading a small French Reformed in Church Mantes la Jolie, a town 50km west of Paris for several years. They have four children: Thomas, Samuel, Daniel and Lois, with a 5th due in December 2008.
They have been encouraged about signs of life in the church, but say they still need grace and wisdom in the face of the many daily challenges that get thrown at them! They recently started home groups and long for them to become sources of life which will feed into the church. They are also trying to develop the worship in the main service and have been looking for new children’s church volunteers for this new year.

Karen Salmon

Karen currently works on a new project at Mekelle in the north-east of Ethiopia. She teaches HIV/AIDS Awareness to young people. This involves formal certificate classes, peer education training and follow-up, anti AIDS clubs for girls, a drama group and video shows. The youth centre also offers Computer and English education, library facilities, and opportunities for recreation and sports.
We are planning to send a small team from St Paul's in July 2009 to help run a Bible Club with Karen - watch this space for more information and some photos etc.

Ian Whitham

Ian and his family used to worship at St Paul's before he went into the ministry, trained as a curate and was appointed as the vicar at All Saints in West Ewell.
