Walking > Reculver Circular (August 2005)
Post 3 days of booze at GBBF, a short walk was in order - Starting at Reculver on the north coast, and travelling east along the Thanet Coastal Path for a mile or so towards Birchington, then a circular route heading inland, totalling about 7-8 miles. A lot of it follows the Wantsum Walk, and the final stretch takes in some Saxon Shore Way. Being coastal, it's flat as a pancake, and with the sun beating down it was a good job too.

Nice scenery and easy walking - concrete paths for the first half and decent footpaths and minor roads for the second - took about 3 hours in total. Also spotted some decent beaches along this part of the coast (albeit stony), and the church remains in Reculver are worth a look.
