The Prometheus class starship represents the most advanced, cutting edge design concept in Starfleet Command Q2. A long range space ship intended to carry an offensive to the very doorstep of a hostile force, the Prometheus class is a response to an increasing number of recent threats to the safety of the federation, most noticeably the Borg and Dominion.  The multivector assault mode is the most unique feature of the USS Pendragon, tactically unique within Starfleet Command Q2, this remarkable technological breakthrough allows the single starship to function as three separated spacecraft, outmaneuvering, and outflanking a large hostile vessel. In order to support the complex system, an advanced medical sickbay, advanced scientific labs and scanners, ablative armour hull plating, regenerative shielding, bio-neural gelpacks, and a shipwide holoemitter array which allows for the emergency medical hologram or the new style holographic engineering program (which is active during ‘multivector assault mode’).  The control systems are so advanced; a crew as few as four people can operate the ship from the bridge

The USS Pendragon was commissioned by SFCQ2 service in July 1995 and has served the southern coast area with pride and dedication.

The Pendragon has monthly meeting in Woolston, Southampton, which involve quizzes, project work and other activities, the crew get together to attend conventions, signing, memorabilia shows.  They are also annual events, which the crew attends such as the ‘Pendragon Camp’.
