Payments

All prices are in UK sterling.

We accept payments via secure payment service providers (Paypal).

We can also accept payment by personal  (UK) cheque or postal orders by prior arrangement.

Security

All credit/debit card transactions are handled by our secure Payment Service Providers, your credit card details are seen by no-one (including us).

Privacy Policy

Sukari Sculptures do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Shipping and despatch

Items in stock are usually despatched within 2 working days, however, please allow 28 days for delivery. Painted as your own may take longer, please see below.

All figurines are despatched via Royal Mail, the exact service used varies depending on the weight, and this will be specified at the time of confirmation of your order. All models are sent with insurance to cover loss or breakage during transit.

Returns

We will issue a refund for any item under the guidance laid down by the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations. All we ask is that you return the item to us, unused, and in its original condition with the original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

We recommend that if you do return the figurine to us that you use a service that offers insurance and proof of delivery.  Proof of posting does not constitute proof of delivery and we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit. Return carriage charges are at the buyers expense.

Commissions and "Painted as you own"

If you require one of our figurines painted to the likeness of your own dog's markings, we need photographs of your dog to calculate the cost of which we will then advise you. We will then require a variety of photographs of all different angles to work from, either by email or post, we will return any photographs you send to us.

When we accept a commission or a "painted as your own" piece we require a non refundable deposit of 25% payable immediately.  The balance is payable when the model is finished and ready for despatch.
