Whilst suitable for everyday family eating, the dining room, which is set back from the formal lounge, gives a space that also lends itself to having friends round for a meal or for that quiet adult time.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, full electric stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee percolator, along with everything else you need from a kitchen. There is a separate laundry room which has a washer, separate drier, ironing board and iron.

The living room is ideal for family living. There is a large cable television, VCR, DVD player, and stereo system. One of the large sofas provides a queen sized bed which gives additional sleeping space making the property suitable for up to 10 people. Books, games, videos and DVD's are provided for your enjoyment.

The comfortable master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, cable television, DVD player and telephone. There is an en suite bathroom with large shower, Roman style bath with twin basins, large mirror with lights over. There is a separate w.c. In addition there is a walk-in dressing room/closet.

The second bedroom has a double bed, telephone and fitted wardrobe. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds. There is a second bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit conveniently situated for bedrooms 2, 3 and 4

Your screened, private, heated pool has a surrounding pool deck, suitable for sunbathing. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided, together with a gas barbeque if required. Some pool toys are provided for children and an alarm has been installed on the door from the house to the pool area for your children's safety.
