Pool heat is charged at £13 per day as an addition if required.
Order at time of booking
For a stay of less than 7 nights a cleaning fee of £40 is chargeable
Holiday deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the booking.
Balance payable 8 weeks in advance of departure.
Security deposit of £150 is required and is returned within 4
weeks of end of your stay, providing all is in order.
Property Management Company will report to owner.
