Rental Prices and Availability

The cost per week is for the apartment and not per person. If your booking falls within different price brackets, the cost of your stay will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

Special rates are available for long-term lets from November to March. Please email for a personal quotation.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A security bond of £100.00 is payable with your balance to cover any breakages and/or damage. This will be refunded, usually within 14 days of your return, once the apartment has been inspected.

What's included in the rental cost

• Air-conditioning (and heating in winter)
• All linen and bath towels (excluding beach towels)
• Use of the hotel's facilities including three outdoor swimming pools

What's not included in the rental cost

• Flights - these will need to be booked separately. Please refer to our information on flights to Bulgaria.
• Transfers - it's a 40 minute journey from Bourgas Airport to Sunny Apartment. Please refer to our information on transfers from Bourgas Airport to Sunny Beach.
• Travel Insurance - we always recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance
• Some of the hotel's facilities incur a small charge, e.g. gym, sauna, massage and treatment rooms
