Sunny Meadow Holiday Park Booking Conditions

 Holiday Caravan Hire

An application is made and accepted subject to the following conditions:-

  1. Lettings are deemed to commence at 3.00pm on the day of arrival and cease at 10.00am on the day of    departure.
  2. The key must be collected from the reception by 8.00pm on the day of arrival. Arrangements can be made for late arrivals.
  3. The management reserves the right to decline acceptance or to expel any visitor for conduct detrimental to the Site or the comfort of other visitors.
  4. We reserve the right to re-let the Caravan if not claimed by 8.00pm on the day of arrival unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
  5.  Sunny Meadow Holiday Park is relieved from liability should the accommodation not be available due to    circumstances beyond our control, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full.
  6.  Bookings are not transferable and the Caravan must not be occupied by persons other than those stated   on the Booking Form.  Any alteration must be notified and agreed by us.
  7.  Failure to take up occupancy of a unit once a booking has been made and confirmed by us with a deposit receipt does not relieve the hirer from his/her liability for the FULL BALANCE of monies due unless prior cancellation has been received by us by telephone and confirmed in WRITING one week prior and we are able to re-let the caravan for the period concerned.
  8.  Sunny Meadow Holiday Park is a family holiday park.  Bookings by single sex parties will be taken only at   the management’s discretion.
  9. Dogs must be kept on a lead and exercised off the park. They must not be left unattended in the caravan.  Charges as per tariff will be made.  Only well groomed pets accepted.
  10. A deposit as per tariff is payable when booking and is not returnable.
  11. A deposit for a telephone booking must be received within 5 days.
  12. Balance of monies must be forwarded 2 weeks prior to the commencement of holiday.
  13. Holiday Cancellation Insurance is available, which covers the Hirer for the Balance unpaid due to illness or death. We strongly advise you to take out this insurance.  Should you fail to take up the accommodation for any reason and should the proprietor be unable to re-let to another party, then you are legally liable to pay for the accommodation. Deposits are not refundable.  

Tents and Touring Pitches.

An application is made and accepted subject to the following conditions:-

  1. Pitch may be occupied from 12 noon onwards on day of arrival.
  2. Pitch must be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure.
  3. The management reserves the right to decline acceptance or to expel any visitor for conduct detrimental to the park or the comfort of other visitors.
  4.  Sunny Meadow Holiday Park is a family holiday park.  Bookings by single sex parties will be taken only at the management’s discretion.
  5.  Dogs must be kept on a lead and exercised off the park. Any fouling of the park must be cleaned up by the owner of the dog.
  6.  A deposit as per tariff is payable when booking and is not returnable.
  7.  A deposit for a telephone booking must be received within 5 days.
  8. Balance of monies due must be forwarded 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
  9. A speed limit of 5 mph is in force on the park and must be strictly adhered to.
  10. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10.00pm.
