Standard or aftermarket. All suspension comes with factory settings which are a compromise for various different riders & conditions. But to get the most out of your machine's capabilities, why not have it set up for your weight/riding style?
Just because someone went round the outside of you on that last sweeping left-hander, doesn't mean you can do the same on the next! Even if its the same make/model of motorcycle, or you have pretty stickers & flash names on your suspension...well set-up suspension will make you smoother & faster, without trying as hard!
